Last night was a powerful celebration of purpose, partnership, and the promise of our young Kings at The Bloom Project Inc.’s “Expressions of Gratitude.” We are proud to share that Iota Lambda Chapter – Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. chapter’s very own Brother Matthew Filer was honored as one if this year’s Community Heros. A true testament to his unwavering dedication to empowering our youth and strengthening our city.

A heartfelt thank you to Arnetta Scruggs for her vision and tireless work to uplift and champion the success of young Black boys across Indianapolis. Your leadership is planting seeds of excellence and changing futures.

We also salute the Brothers of Iota Lambda Chapter who showed up to celebrate our youth and support our brother. Your presence made a difference and your commitment to our mission of manly deeds, scholarship, and love for all mankind was felt throughout the room.
